Meet Jordan Sawyer

Jordan Sawyer, a New York native, made his way to Rhode Island while studying Restaurant and Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence. Today, he is the proud owner of East Bay Restaurant Group, which includes Brick Pizza Co, Bristol Oyster Bar, Aquidneck Oyster Farm, and Coastal Catering.

Of the many roles Jordan takes on, being an oyster farmer is his favorite. He finds joy in cultivating oysters for others to enjoy while soaking in the peaceful beauty of the ocean.

Passionate about food and community, Jordan is always exploring new and creative ways to connect with the Bristol area and beyond. Stay tuned—exciting things are on the horizon!
